Warning, Thailand overstay penalty now higher
Since 15 March 2006 the overstay penalty in Thailand has risen from 200 Baht per day (maximum Baht 20,000) to 500 Baht per day.
So watch out if your visa runs out, be carefull

Thai alphabet to be Romanized for international recognition
